Dark Night Races continue TONIGHT
meet up is at the drum circle tonight at 9pm. Start/finish will be in that area. 5 lap points race. … lap 1 - 6-4-2 (double points) lap 2 - 5-4-3-2-1 lap 3 - 3-2-1 lap 4 - 3-2-1 Lap 5 - 10-8-6-4-2 (double points) Cash preme on lap 3 Working on points/standings from Weeks 1 and 2. Stay tuned.

Dark Night Races (Boogie Nights IV) is underway. 40 racers turned out Tuesday for the opening individual time trial. Times were quick and anticipation crackled in the crisp fall air. Looking forward to an impressive series guys - Good hunting!
The series continues Tuesday October 18 at 9pm. If we missed week one, don’t worry, come on out.

It’s on. Tomorrow night. Our fifth and final Dark Night promises epic battles for overall placement in both fields. Do not miss this!
Due to holiday plus work conflicts, we will convene week 5 of the series on TUESDAY NOV 30. Same bat time, same bat place.
I apologize for the inconvenience but I’m excited about the battle royale we have on tap in both fields.
Rained out tonight. Week 5 is officially Postponed until next Tuesday.
We are looking at a forecast of 100% chance of rain from 7p on and rain clouds on the radar from New York to Ohio to Virginia.
Gut says everyone will be safer and happier at home tonight.

The Rules
A lot of questions about scoring. Here’s the breakdown for the individual races:
Week 1 - Individual Time Trial:
Points for everyone in the field. A field has 16 people in it. Fastest time is awarded 16, slowest time get 1. First, second and third for the night get 5, 3, 1 point bonus respectively.
Week 2 - 1 Lap Scratch:
Points awarded to the top 7 finishers - 14 for first, 12 for...
